FARMINGTON – The Franklin County Soil and Water Conservation District will sell compost bins during the annual shrub and trout sale.

A home compost bin and how-to guide with a combined value of $80 can be purchased for $36.50. The bin is black, has a 10-year warranty and is made of 100 percent recycled plastic. It is approximately 33″ high and 33″ wide or large enough for a family of five.
