The art film has been a work in progress for a couple of months. Students have interviewed some classmates on their opinions of the importance of art. The film has been separated into sections and categories including “What is art”, “Why have art”, and “art in the community”. Within these topics, the students came up with filming ideas and contents of each segment. Working with Huey and Ms. Kay Allison we learned different filming techniques to create the ideas. Students have filmed areas in their school as well as parts of the community. So far the film is really coming together and the final project is expected to be quite impressive.
