AUBURN – Four On a Match, the newest quartet to emerge from the Mollyockett Chapter of Sweet Adelines International, will perform for the Young at Heart Fellowship when it meets at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 24, at the Court Street Baptist Church.
They specialize in music from two world wars with an emphasis on World War II. Having debuted with the chorus in its fall production at the Sawyer Memorial in Greene in 2003, the quartet has performed regularly, especially for veterans groups in the Oxford Hills area.
A business meeting will be held with co-presidents Mary and Winston Greaton presiding. Officers for the coming year will be presented and voted on.
Devotions will be led by the Rev. Eric Larsen of the Auburn Church of the Nazarene. Members should bring a bag lunch and a place setting. Dessert will be birthday cakes.
All senior citizens are invited.
