LEWISTON – Dorothy E. Millett, 77, of 46 Pierce St., died Friday, May 20, at her residence.

She was born in Brunswick, Nov. 23, 1927, the daughter of Thomas and Yvonne Thibodeau McClure.

She was employed in local shoe factories and was an avid snowshoer for more than 50 years. She played shuffleboard and bumper pool on various local teams for most of her life.

What she enjoyed most was spending time with her family and friends playing cards and bingo. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by three daughters, Judith Sauer, Debra Whipple and husband, Thomas, all of Lewiston, and Kathy Jordan and husband, Eugene, of Turner; two sons, William Currier of Turner and Donald Pepin of Lewiston; 18 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Thomas Pepin; a daughter, Linda Pepin; and a twin brother, Thomas McClure.
