GREENVILLE – Karen E. Ward, 45, of Freeport, died May 22, at C.A. Dean Hospital in Greenville.

She was born Aug. 15, 1959, in Methuen, Mass., daughter of Donald and Barbara (Doyle) Ward.

She is survived by a daughter, Rachel Blake of Freeport; her parents of Pownal; brothers and sisters, Donald Ward, Francis “Tunky” Ward, Barbara Ward, Linda Cleaves and Suzanne Fochler; several nieces and nephews; and brothers- and sisters-in-law.
