BRIDGTON – Lake Region Community Theatre will hold open auditions for its upcoming musical, “Little Shop of Horrors,” from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, and Thursday, May 26. They will be held at the Bridgton Memorial School on Depot Street behind Stevens Brook Elementary School. Scripts will be available between 6 and 7 p.m., with auditions to begin at 7pm.

Producers Janet Ver Planck, Rosie Schacht and Esther Watkins are looking for versatile actors with good singing voices. There are parts for five men and four women high school age and older.

The popular musical was first produced Off-Broadway in 1982, and was revived on Broadway in 2003.
