Kate Varney, daughter of Alvin G. and Kathi Varney of Turner, was named to the Cedarville University dean’s list for the spring semester. Varney is a senior majoring in psychology. Cedarville University is an accredited Christian university of arts, sciences and professional programs. Located in Cedarville, Ohio, it offers approximately 100 programs of study to more than 3,000 students. To be named to the dean’s list, a student must earn a 3.5 grade point average for the semester and be carrying at least 12 semester hours.
