MONMOUTH – The Bindlestiff Family Cirkus will present an evening of music, comedy, juggling, burlesque and more Saturday, June 4.
The Cirkus’ newest show, “From Gutter to Glitter – A Night Out With The Bindlestiffs,” is the first in The Theater At Monmouth’s “New York City in Monmouth” program this season.
The performance featuring Bindlestiff founders Keith Nelson and Stephanie Monseauand former Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus clown Peter Bufano will begin at 7:30 p.m.
The show is a nonstop display of variety arts. It includes novelty songs, choreographed routines and musical comedy, celebrating its roots in variety houses and burlesque.
