LEWISTON – Gipper’s/White Rock rallied for 9 runs in the top of the 7th inning to defeat Ducharme Masonry 18-14 in the National Division. Bob Haskell and Mike Gazza both went 5-5 for the winners, each swatting a homer. Randy Dubay and Jesse Robitaille chipped in with 3 hits each, one of Robitaille’s being a round-tripper. Winning pitcher and clutch hitter in the big rally was Chip Doughty. Bob Martin, Carl Ouellette and Dan Dostie all walloped a homer for the Masons. Martin and Ouellette collected 4 hits each.

New England Home Mortgage beat Thayer Auto 20-10 as Mark Robichaud, Ray Berube and Dave Sands all cracked 3 hits and combined for 10 RBI. Robichaud smashed a 3-run homer and Berube clubbed a 2-run triple. Dan Michaud was the winning pitcher
