LONDONDERRY, N.H. (AP) – A longtime maple producer from Londonderry has been inducted into the Maple Hall of Fame.

Hank Peterson has held several positions with the New Hampshire Maple Producers Association.

He’s also served as president of the North American Maple Syrup Council.

Being inducted into the Maple Hall of Fame – located at the American Maple Museum in New York state – is considered the top honor for a maple producer.
