Bethel – Cindy Kailey Hiebert, a Bethel Realtor, has received the certified residential specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Realtors who receive this designation have completed advanced courses and demonstrated professional expertise in residential real estate. Only 35,000 Realtors nationwide have earned this credential.

Hiebert is the designated broker-owner of Mahoosuc Realty Inc. She is on the board of directors for the Maine Association of Realtors and a board director for the Realtor Foundation. She has also received the accredited buyer representative and new home specialist designations.
