AUBURN – David E. Edwards, 51, of Main Street, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 12, at his residence.
He was born on Aug. 20, 1953, in Lewiston the son of Richard and Olga (Pulkkinen) Edwards.
David enjoyed tinkering and working on vehicles.
He worked for many years in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Most recently David worked at FISC and City Cab as a driver.
He is survived by his mother, Olga Edwards of Buckfield; father, Richard Edwards of Georgia; sisters, Sandra Trundy and her husband, Philip, of Buckfield, Patricia Gimmi of Pennsylvania, Nancy Pringle and her husband, Ralph, of Buckfield; brothers, James Edwards and his wife, Mary Helen, of Georgia, John Edwards of Mechanic Falls; aunt, Iris Pulkkinen; ex-wife, Mary Dubois of Poland; ex-mother-in-law, Pearl Murphy of Auburn; several nieces, nephews, cousins and their children; and longtime friend, Gary Levesque, of Lewiston.
He was predeceased by both sets of grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
