I am constantly picking up bottles, cans, cups and other trash from the side of the road. Now, I have a possible solution.

Let’s set up a city drop-off place where one may turn in these tossed out items for fingerprints of the litter. When they are identified, let them be fined, royally, to pay for the process.

I believe that people will start thinking twice before they flick it out of their cars.
