AUBURN – The Capt Frank W. Hulett Post 1603, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Auxiliary will participate in Flag Day ceremonies at 10 a.m. today with the children from Clover Manor Preschool.

The children age 3 to 5 will march to the flagpole and form a circle where the Pledge of Allegiance will be recited and songs will be sung by the group.

Kim St. Pierre and the other teachers have been working with the students for a few weeks, and the students will each receive a certificate that they each participated in the program, an American flag and a Buddy Poppy clip-on pony.

Cookies and ice cream will be served following the program. Any post members wishing to join in the ceremony may meet at the post at 9 a.m. to go to Clover Manor.
