WALES – Funeral services for Mr. Palmer were held Monday morning at the Wales Presbyterian Church. The service was officiated by the Rev. Carl H. Geores Jr., and co-celebrant, Howard MacMullen of United Church of Christ in Canton, Mass. A Masonic ceremony was performed by the Webster Masonic Lodge 164. A gathering followed at the home of Stan and Betty Leighton. Arrangements were by Bragdon-Finley Funeral Home, Monmouth.
