LIVERMORE FALLS – Voters in Livermore and Livermore Falls passed all 17 questions on SAD 36’s budget of $8.3 million Tuesday.

The 2005-06 package covers nearly $8.19 million in spending for kindergarten through 12th grade school operations, $86,940 for food services and $91,760 for SAD 36’s share of adult education.

With 116 Livermore voters casting ballots, the closest vote was 79-36 to approve a $171,550 request for co-curricular, athletic and non-athletic activities for students.

The closest vote in Livermore Falls was 169-83 to approve an additional $43,940 for food service to pay down prior debt.

Although the spending plan reflects an increase from this year’s $8.1 million, both Livermore and Livermore Falls will see a decrease in tax assessment due to district efficiencies and more state funding, school officials have said.
