I was amazed when I read the article in the Sun Journal headlined “Colisee manager priorities set” (June 14). The new manager could not believe that beer sales had never been allowed at concerts. To begin with, the city would not approve of concerts of that kind to be performed at Colisee, let alone sell beer.
It seems to me that the city of Lewiston had other things in mind when they forced Roger Therriault out of the Colisee. Does this mean that since the city owns the Colisee, the rules will now be different than when it was privately owned?
I still believe that the city has no business in the private sector.
