OXFORD – A collision on Route 26 in front of Lost Gull Fish & Chips late Friday afternoon resulted in $4,000 damage but no injuries.

Oxford Patrolman Ernest Leduc said Alicia Gowell, 19, of Wales was driving south and started to turn left into the business when the front of her car struck a northbound SUV driven by Kevin Gagne, 37, of Harrison.

Riding with Gowell was Stanley Dzengelewski, 20, whose address was not available.

With Gagne were his two sons, Kevin Jr., 16, and Addison, 4, Leduc said.

None of them were hurt, he said.

Gowell was driving a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am registered to Kelly Morrison of Lewiston, the officer said. Damage to the front of the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.

Gagne’s 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe had $2,000 damage along the driver’s side from the front door to the rear wheel, Leduc said.
