NORWAY – A business offering formal wear and event planning services opened June 3 at 29 Main St.

A Formal Affair is owned by Stacey Cavers and Jessica Payne, who assist customers with bridal and prom needs including helping find a photographer, caterer or general coordination services.

The shop is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The owners are also looking for hairstylists, musicians, photographers, caterers, limousine services, reception halls, cake decorators and others to help launch their business.
