PORTLAND – A. Daniel Keneborus has joined Maine Bank & Trust as a regional vice president, commercial development, for the Auburn branch. He is responsible for sales and marketing in the greater Lewiston/Auburn area.
Keneborus has more than 30 years of commercial lending and branch administration experience and was the senior lender for Northeast Bank in Auburn since 1998.
Previously he was vice president for new business development, commercial lending for Shawmut National Bank (Fleet) in Portland, and senior vice president for commercial lending for Peoples Heritage Savings Bank in Portland. He was also a senior vice president at Casco Northern Bank in Portland.
He is a former board member of the Robert Morris Association; a past member of the National Association of Secured Lending and former member of the Maine Bankers Association. Keneborus has also held positions as chairman of the American Heart Association, Maine Chapter; former chairman of the Port Development Committee, Greater Portland Chamber of Commerce; and chaired fundraising activities for the City of Portland. He has also acted as an advisory board member for the University of Maine Business College.
Keneborus holds an master’s degree in business administration from Babson College and a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Maine, Orono.
Business seminar focuses on Web
RUMFORD – A rescheduled lunch and learn seminar, “Doing Business on the Web, Part 1,” will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 29 in the River Valley Technology Center, 60 Lowell St. The cost of $10 includes lunch.
