MONMOUTH – Funeral services were held for John E. Wood Sr., Saturday, June 25, at Bragdon-Finley Funeral Home, 707 Main St., Monmouth. The Rev. Bryan Church officiated at the services.

Galen Strout sang “Over the Sunset Mountain” and Vicki O’ Brian sang “Be Thou My Vision.” Vicki also shared special remembrances of John.

Pallbearers were Ralph Sanborn, Erik Sanborn, Charles Roberts, Bill McLean, John McLean, John Green and Barry Sanborn.

Interment was at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Sabattus.
