JAY – Annette and Keith Welch of Jay and Robbie Lucarelli of Brownville are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Rhonda Lucarelli, to Kevin Burgess, son of Reginald and Sandra Burgess of Leeds.
Miss Lucarelli is a 1993 graduate of Jay High School and is a certified administrative assistant.
Mr. Burgess is a 1990 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and is currently employed as a carpenter.
A Sept. 3 wedding is planned at Leeds Community Church.
