BOWDOIN – Jasmin Hardwoods, a new lumber store, has opened at 2165 Augusta Road (Route 201) Bowdoin. The store offers kiln-dried, rough-sawn, select and better quality hardwoods for the cabinetmaker, furniture maker and hobbyist.

Owners Guy and Ellin Jasmin plan to meet the needs and demands of woodworkers in the area by offering expanded species and thickness of available wood. The store specializes in Pennsylvania cherry, red oak, hard and soft maple, and poplar, all in 4/4 thickness. The store offers cash and carry prices with no quantity requirements, along with expanded hours by appointment.
