Joseph C. Cutalo of Woodridge, N.J., graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University in May with a bachelor of arts in communication. He minored in theatre and had a four-year cumulative grade point average of 3.75.

He served an ABC News Production internship, was involved in Villanova University television and the Student Musical Theatre.

Cutalo volunteered for Special Olympics in November 200. He coordinated with Special Olympics staff to sponsor and man an all-day stand in the Olympic Village where volunteers, athletes and their families and friends were catered to.

He received the Villanova Student Leadership Award; was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars; achieved dean’s list all four years; and is a member of Lambda Pi Eta (communication honors society).

Cutalo is the son of Janie Feinberg of Woodridge, N.J., and the grandson of Robert T. Grindler of Rumford. He was a high honors graduate of Bergen Catholic High School in Oradell, N.J., in June 2001 with a cumulative average of 97 out of 100.
