Isaac Z. Stickney of Rumford has been named to the dean’s list at the University of New England in Biddeford/Portland for the spring semester. A 2004 graduate of Mountain Valley High School, Stickney is a nursing major and plays varsity basketball. He is the son of Sam and Catherine Stickney.
