Nicholas David Gagnon, son of Roxanne Simpson of Minot, has been named to the president’s list at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, N.H. He also received the following awards: PAT Scholarship, Speare Memorial Scholarship, Etna Sigma Gamma Scholarship, Health Education Fellowship and Anatomy and Physiology Fellowship.
