RANGELEY – The marriage of Yvette C. Bedard and Denis E. Bouttenot was held on May 6. They eloped to Rangeley and were married at the Height of the Land at sunset. Karen Seaman, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.

Present at the ceremony were daughters of the bride, Nicole and Paige Bedard, and son of the bridegroom, Daniel Bouttenot. An intimate dinner followed at the Gingerbread House in Oquossoc. The couple honeymooned in Rangeley.

The bride is the daughter of Doris R. Theriault of Lisbon and the late J. Aime Theriault. The bridegroom is the son of Edward J. Bouttenot of Lewiston and the late Gertrude B. Bouttenot.

He is employed at Central Maine Community College, where he serves as department chair for the General Studies Program and is an instructor in the business administration and management department.

She is employed at the city of Lewiston in the Department of Economic and Community Development, where she serves as the housing and community development officer.

They reside in Lewiston.
