WATERVILLE – To make the dean’s list, Colby requires a grade point average of at least 3.2 for upperclassmen or at least 3.0 for first-year students.

Kathryn S. Barus, a junior at Colby College in Waterville, was named to the dean’s list for her outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2004-2005 academic year. Barus, the daughter of Maxwell Barus and Susan Jangraw of Leeds, is majoring in biology. She attended Leavitt Area High School.

Joel H. B. Biron, a sophomore at Colby College in Waterville was named to the dean’s list for his outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2004-2005 academic year. Biron is the son of Gary and Gisele Biron of Auburn, is majoring in music. He attended Edward Little High School.

Kasi L. Carson, a junior at Colby College in Waterville was named to the dean’s list for his outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2004-2005 academic year. Carson is the daughter of Barbara Carson of Auburn, is majoring in international studies and government. She attended Saint Dominic Regional High School.

Carolyn A. Curtis, a first-year student at Colby College in Waterville was named to the dean’s list for his outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2004-2005 academic year. Curtis is the daughter of John and Patricia Curtis of Hebron, is majoring in sociology. She attended Hebron Academy.

Katherine E. Curtis, a junior at Colby College in Waterville was named to the dean’s list for his outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2004-2005 academic year. Curtis is the daughter of John and Patricia Curtis of Hebron, is majoring in geology and environmental studies with a science concentration. She attended Hebron Academy.
