FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Garrett G. Haas, 58, of Phillips, driving under the influence and with failing to make oral or written accident report Jan. 12 in Sandy River Plantation. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

John T. Haas, 24, of Phillips, sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 11 in Farmington. He was fined $100. For a charge of possession of marijuana March 11 in Farmington, he was fined $200.

Sayward D. Hackett II, 39, of Industry, driving an unregistered snowmobile March 5 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Lloyd D. Haines, 23, of Avon, illegally operating power equipment April 16 in Phillips. He was fined $50.

Rebecca E. Haines, 26, of Farmington, driving under the influence and violating condition of release Nov. 24 in Phillips. Both charges were dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger Nov. 24 in Phillips, she was fined $300 and her license was suspended for 60 days.

Justin Haley, 21, of Rangeley, driving a snowmobile under the influence March 5 in Rangeley. He was fined $400.

Ryan M. Haley, 19, of Farmington, driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 13 in New Vineyard. He was fined $100.

David J. Hallberg, 21, of Lowell, Mass., driving an unregistered snowmobile March 29 in Massachusetts Gore. He was fined $100.

Robert D. Hallman Jr., 36, of New Sharon, driving under the influence Dec. 19 in New Sharon. He was fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and his license was suspended for 18 months. A charge of refusing to sign uniform summons complaint Dec. 19 in New Sharon was dismissed. For a charge of driving vehicle without a license Dec. 19 in New Sharon, he was sentenced to 48 hours.

Robert D. Hallman Jr., 36, of New Sharon, possession of marijuana Dec. 19 in New Sharon. He was fined $200.

Ryan Hallman, 29, of Industry, failure to register vehicle Jan. 10 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Kevin F. Hallock, 32, of Farmington, driving while license was suspended or revoked May 1 in Farmington. He was fined $500.

Nicholas R. Halsdorff, 20, of Rutland, Mass., theft of services April 10 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $58.

Michael J. Hamel, 21, of Jay, driving while license was suspended or revoked March 23 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Mary L. Hammond, 62, of Wilton, forgery and criminal attempt Sept. 14 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Nicholas R. Hammond, 26, of South Portland, driving under the influence Nov. 28 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $600, was sentenced to 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Marc Hand, 29, of Farmington, violating a protective order and with violating condition of release March 10 in Wilton. Both charges were dismissed.

Vickie Harnden, 49, of Wilton, endangering the welfare of a child Jan. 5 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Chad P. Harrill, 18, of Rangeley, possession of marijuana May 21 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Jason Harrington Sr. 34, of South China, rule violation operated by unqualified driver Feb. 2 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Joseph Jacob Hartford, 19, of Augusta, criminal trespass Aug. 11 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Hartt Transportation Systems of Pennsauken, N.J., rule violation, duty status not current Jan. 25 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Michael F. Hasselmann, 22, of Rutland, Mass., driving a snowmobile on open water March 20 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Sarah E. Hay, 26, of New York, N.Y., disorderly conduct Feb. 13 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Harry H. Haylock, 33, of Hartford, snowmobile rule violation Jan. 30 in Wilton. He was fined $50.

David F. Heintz, 22, of Farmington, driving under the influence Jan. 19 in Farmington. He was fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Roy L. Hill, 48, of Avon, burning prohibited material April 16 in Avon. He was fined $100.

Brian Hinkley, 25, of Strong, failing to register or update information Dec. 9 in Strong. The case was filed.

Jessie E. Hinkley, 21, of Kingfield, driving while license was suspended or revoked March 19 in Wilton. He was fined $250. A charge of unlawful use of license March 19 in Wilton was dismissed.

Seth Hinkley, 19, of Salem, driving a vehicle without a license May 22 in Avon. He was fined $150.

Joshua L. Hiscock, 22, of Livermore Falls, violation of rules on smelts in closed waters April 22 in Temple. He was fined $120.

Nicole E. Hoffman, 26, of Farmington, driving under the influence March 13 in Farmington. She was fined $500 and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Matthew C. Holbrook, 30, of Rangeley, assault March 5 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

David D. Holland, 25, of Fayette, driving an ATV on a public way April 7 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Michael Hood, 20, of Wayne, driving while license was suspended or revoked Jan. 28 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Charles Houghton, Sr., 68, of Carthage, having a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle Jan. 29 in Weld. He was fined $100.

Willard T. Howard, 22, of Stratton, assault April 14 in Stratton. The case was filed.

John S. Humphries, 26, of West Farmington, cultivating marijuana Feb. 9 in Farmington. He was fined $400.

Robert Hunter Jr., 36, of Farmington, driving under the influence Nov. 9 in New Sharon. He was fined $850, sentenced to 14 days and his license was suspended for 18 months. A charge of driving to endanger Nov. 9 in New Sharon was dismissed.

Shawn T. Huston, 33, of Acton, snowmobile rule violation Feb. 26 in Weld. He was fined $100.

Nicole L. Hutchinson, 20, of Rumford, speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Jan. 22 in New Vineyard. She was fined $300.

Robin S. Hutchinson, 42, of Farmington, two counts of assault and a charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime Sept. 1 in Carthage. All three charges were dismissed.

Timothy Hutchinson, 19, of Wilton, negotiating a worthless instrument Jan. 5 in Farmington. The charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Dyllan A. Jewell, 22, of Livermore Falls, theft by unauthorized use of property July 10 in Chesterville. He was sentenced to 180 days and his probation was partially revoked. For a charge of criminal mischief July 10 in Chestervile, he was sentenced to 180 days and his probation was partially revoked. For a charge of procuring liquor for a minor July 10 in Chesterville, he was sentenced to 180 days and his probation was partially revoked. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 10 in Chesterville, he was sentenced to 180 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Jessica Jillson, 30, of Carrabassett Valley, possession of marijuana Dec. 17 in New Vineyard. She was fined $250.

Melissa S. Johnson, 27, of Wilton, negotiating a worthless instrument Oct. 15 in Farmington. She was fined $400 and ordered to make restitution of $30.50.

Robert C. Johnson, 34, of Rome, criminal mischief and with disorderly conduct May 25 in Jay. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Susan C. Johnson, 55, of Canton, driving a vehicle on a snowmobile trail April 17 in Jay. She was fined $100.

David R. Jones, 60, of Wilton, allowing a dog to be at large Feb. 6 in Wilton. He was fined $50.

Bethany A. Jordan, 18, of Farmington, driving while license suspended or revoked Feb. 5 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Alan R. Keith, 53, of New Sharon, driving while license was suspended or revoked Dec. 30 in Farmington. He was fined $50.

Stacy L. Kennedy, 31, of Danville, N.H., disorderly conduct Jan. 23 in Rangeley. Kennedy was fined $100.

Robert J. Keoskie, 32, of Bethel, driving while license was suspended or revoked Feb. 28 in Farmington. He was fined $500.

Jeffrey T. Kerr, 40, of Farmington, driving a vehicle without license Dec. 31 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving a vehicle without a license-conditions/restrictions Dec. 31 in Farmington, he was fined $150.

Michael E. Kidd, 39, of New Vineyard, driving under the influence Dec. 13 in New Vineyard. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving without a license Dec. 13 in New Vineyard, he was fined $200. For a charge of driving to endanger Dec. 13 in New Vineyard, he was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Edward F. King, 46, of Fairfield, out of door burning violation May 16 in Sandy River Plantation. He was fined $100.

Jay King, 32, of Stratton, driving while license suspended or revoked March 20 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was dismissed.

Florence Komulainen, 55, of Phillips, driving after habitual offender revocation Jan. 24 in Phillips. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Linda Labbe, 48, of Farmington, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Dec. 23 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Scott B. Labbe, 40, of Farmington, violating condition of release Dec. 23 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Guy Lacroix, 58, of St. Gervais, rule violation z May 4 in Kingfield. He was fined $100.

David A. Ladd, 54, of Strong, driving under the influence Jan. 15 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Arthur C.V. Lailer, 19, of South Portland, unlawful sexual contact and with assault Feb. 11 in Farmington. Both charges were filed.

Carl Laliberte, 44, of Leeds, snowmobile rule violation Jan. 29 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Jason J. Lamore, 20, Farmington, driving under the influence Jan. 4 in Farmington. He was fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours Androscoggin County Jail and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Michelle R. Lamoureux, 20, of Farmington, theft by receiving stolen property Dec. 28 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Roger R. Landry, 59, of Berlin, N.H., illegal possession of live fish May 4 in Rangeley. He was fined $75.

Shane Lane, 31, of Kingfield, unlawful sexual contact Jan. 1 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court. Four charges of unlawful sexual contact Dec. 20, 2001, Dec. 20, 2000, Dec. 20, 1999 and Dec. 3, 2004 in Freeman Twp. were all transferred to Superior Court.

Jeffrey E. Langlois, 23, of Columbia, Conn., driving under the influence Jan. 16 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Elaine R. Lapointe, 66, of Livermore Falls, passing a stopped school bus March 10 in Jay. The case was filed.

Erin A. Larochelle, 22, of Farmington, driving under the influence and driving without a license Jan. 12 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Kenney Larochelle, 19, of Stratton, sale and use of drug paraphernalia Feb. 20 in Stratton. The case was dismissed. For a charge of being a minor possessing liquor Feb. 20 in Stratton, he was fined $200.

Peter Lary, 23, of Farmington, theft by unauthorized use of property Nov. 2 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Christopher Lawler, 21, of Barrington, N.H., transportation of drugs by a minor Feb. 22 in Farmington. He was fined $200 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Peter G. Lawrence, 27, of Stratton, the sale and use of drug paraphernalia and with possession of marijuana Nov. 1 in Carrabassett Valley. Both charges were dismissed.
