FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Ronald Lapointe, 53, of Sanford, snowmobile rule violation March 4 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Erin A. Larochelle, 22, of Farmington, driving under the influence and driving without a license Jan. 12 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Kenney Larochelle, 19, of Stratton, sale and use of drug paraphernalia Feb. 20 in Stratton. The case was dismissed. For a charge of being a minor possessing liquor Feb. 20 in Stratton, he was fined $200.

Peter Lary, 23, of Farmington, theft by unauthorized use of property Nov. 2 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Christopher Lawler, 21, of Barrington, N.H., transportation of drugs by a minor Feb. 22 in Farmington. He was fined $200 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Peter G. Lawrence, 27, of Stratton, the sale and use of drug paraphernalia and with possession of marijuana Nov. 1 in Carrabassett Valley. Both charges were dismissed.

John C. Lebel, 37, of Wilton, violating condition of release Dec. 10 in Wilton. He was fined $200.

Dana A. Ledger, 28, of Norridgewock, driving under the influence and with operating a vehicle without a license May 10 in Farmington. The charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Tony Leland, 22, of Kingfield, driving while license was suspended or revoked Dec. 9 in Kingfield. He was fined $250.

Raymond C. Leslie, 46, of Melvin Village, N.H., driving an unregistered snowmobile March 12 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

William J. Levins, 42, of Stowe, Vt., unsworn falsification April 9 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

David Lewis, 45, of Industry, driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 6 in Industry. He was fined $100.

Shawn L. Lewis, 30, of East Wilton, snowmobile rule violation Jan. 23 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Daniel Lightbody, 19, of Farmington, failing to make oral or written accident report May 21 in Wilton. He was fined $200.

Nathan D. Lord, 24, of Belgrade, failure to register vehicle Jan. 16 in Kingfield. The case was dismissed.

Shawn Lord, 22, of Eustis, criminal trespass Nov. 10 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $300. For a charge of violating condition of release Nov. 10 in Carrabassett Valley, he was fined $200.

Susan L. Lovejoy, 37, of Dryden, driving while license was suspended or revoked Jan. 9 in Wilton. She was fined $500.

William W. Lovejoy, 32, of Farmington, driving under the influence Dec. 25 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

William W. Lovejoy, 32, of Farmington, possession of marijuana Dec. 25 in Farmington. He was fined $200.
