WILTON – The 195th Army Band of the Maine Army National Guard will perform at this year’s Blueberry Festival. The concert will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5, at Nichols Expo (the old GH Bass building) on the Weld Road.

The band performs at numerous military and civilian events throughout Maine and the eastern United States.

In recent months the band has participated in several ceremonies as fellow Maine guardsmen have been deployed overseas. They have also been on hand for the homecoming celebrations.

Band members come from all over the state from a variety of civilian occupations. The 195th Maine Army National Guard Band is under the direction of Warrant Officer Brady S. Harris of Brewer.
