FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Detention Center:
Keith Bachelder, 40, of Strong, on a warrant for gross sexual assault June 27, by Maine State Police. As of July 8, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.
Seth Nickerson, 24, of Kingfield, on a warrant for failure to appear June 27, by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $300 was provided for court appearance on July 27.
Shawn Lord, 22, of Stratton, on a charge of reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon June 28, by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 3.
Ronald McLean, 45, of Stratton, on a charge of driving under the influence June 30, by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 24.
John K. Chartier, 44, of Vienna, on a charge of driving under the influence July 1, by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 24.
Matthew S. Clary, 28, of Farmington, on a charge of driving under the influence July 1, by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 24.
Nichols Paul, 26, of Jay, on a charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime July 1, by Wilton police. As of July 8, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.
Anne E. Allison, 39, of Jay, on a warrant for carrying a concealed weapon July 1, by Jay police. Unsecured bail of $5,000 was provided for court appearance on July 27.
Dennis Morgan, 53, of New Sharon, on a charge of grand sexual assault July 1, by Maine State Police. Cash bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on Sept. 28.
Chancell A. Luce, 21, of Strong, on a charge of driving under the influence July 2, by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Aug. 24.
Neril J. Francois, 21, of Strong, on a violation of condition of release July 3, by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on Sept. 7.
David Charron, 18, of Jay, on a charge of violation of condition of release July 3, by Jay police. As of July 8, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.
