LEWISTON – Funeral Services for chief petty officer Robert H. Normand were held Thursday at The Fortin Group Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Deacon Dennis Mailhot officiated. Military Honors were conducted by the Bruswick Naval Air Station personnel at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
