The following are to be arraigned on Sept. 6 in Rumford District Court:

• Nathan Arsenault, 22, of Rumford, on a charge of violation of conditions of release, at 3:51 p.m. July 10. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Nathan Arsenault, 22, of Rumford, on charges of domestic assault and obstruction of the report of a crime or injury, at 12:50 p.m. July 10. He was released on bail.

• Mark A. Towers, 34, of Rumford, on a warrant, at 7:55 p.m. July 11. He was released on $570 cash bail.

• Emily M. White, 23, of Bethel, on a warrant for failure to appear, at 11:40 a.m. July 9. She was released on $100 cash bail.

• Steven A. Morton, 20, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to pay fine, at 10 a.m. July 9. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Joshua P. Gagnon, 30, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to appear, at 3:13 p.m. July 8. He was released on $200 cash bail.

• Donn Dyer, 58, of Rumford, on a bail violation, at 1:30 p.m. July 7. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Nicholas Jones, 25, of South Portland, on a probation hold warrant, at 1:05 p.m. July 7. He was taken to Androscoggin County Jail in Auburn.

• John Bernard, 40, of Rumford, on a charge of domestic assault, at 12:15 p.m. July 7. He was also summoned on a charge of possession of Schedule W drugs. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.
