BUCKFIELD – American Legion Auxiliary Post 58 gathered with post members for installation of officers on May 18. Installing officer Ethel Lacourse, introduced her installing marshal Ellie Anne Rogers and installing chaplain Catherine Moulton.

The following officers were installed: president, Vickie Gammon; second vice president, Martha Dunn; sergeant at arms, Millie Newton; secretary, Linda Cooper; chaplain, Wendy Therrien; historian, Marge Gesner. First vice president, Judy Bennett; and treasurer, Mary Miclon were absent.

The installation was preceded by a potluck supper.

Delegates Desiree Brackett and Shayna Shackford have been chosen as delegates to attend Girls and Boys State at Husson College in June.

The auxiliary and the legion will hold their strawberry festival and yard sale on July 8 at the Legion Hall.
