• Adrienne P. Leblanc, 38, of Bethel, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 7:15 p.m. on July 3 on East Bethel Road. She was also summoned on a charge of assault on a police officer and assault on a corrections officer.

• Michael S. Thurston, 42, of Bethel, on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license, at 11:15 p.m. on July 2 on Cross Street.
