NOT SO FAST: The video game industry has changed its rating for the best-selling “Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas” to Adults Only instead of Mature, for 17 and older.

HIDDEN SCENE: The game includes explicit sexual content that can be unlocked with an Internet download. The company says the material was never meant to be seen by users.

FALLOUT: Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Target Corp. and Best Buy Co. are pulling all copies from their shelves. The game’s publisher is making a cleaned-up version.
