JAY – Funeral services for Eleanor J. Nadeau of Jay were held Friday afternoon from the Wiles Remembrance Center, 136 High St., Wilton, with the Rev. Gayle Holden of the Wilton United Methodist Church officiating. Eleanor’s brother, the Rev. H. Earle Trask Jr., delivered a personal eulogy. Special music included “Be Still My Soul” and “Amazing Grace.” Pallbearers were Steve Bottiggi, Steven Knockwood, Bill Cote, Mindy Cote, Melissa Nadeau, Corinna Nadeau and Kelly Hogue. Burial followed at Lakeview Cemetery, Wilton. Following services, the family and friends gathered at the Knockwood home in North Jay.
