LEWISTON – Oxford Networks has presented a gift to Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice for the Journey of Hope Campaign.
“Oxford Networks takes great pleasure in supporting the local community,” said Michael Tompkins, director of sales and marketing. “The new Hospice House will provide an invaluable service to families during difficult times.”
The 14-patient suite facility is due to open this fall. It is specially designed to care for the needs of patients in the final weeks of life when hospice care at home is no longer possible.
To date, the Journey of Hope Campaign for the hospice house has received support from more than 1,500 individuals, foundations, businesses and civic and fraternal groups.
