LEWISTON – Marie L. Reda Michaud, 91, formerly of Arkins Lane, Litchfield, died Wednesday July 27, at Marshwood Health Care Facility after a long illness.

Born in St. Francis, Feb. 2, 1914, the daughter of Abraham and Mary (Jandreau) Ouellette, she was the wife of Camille “Mitch” Michaud, who died June 21, 1994.

She lived in Newington, Conn., for 44 years and in Maine for the past 30 years. Prior to her retirement, she was a licensed practicing nurse working at the St. Francis Hospital.

She is survived by two brothers, Oscar Ouellette of St. Francis and Ronald Ouellette of Jackman; seven nephews; one niece; and many grandnieces and grandnephews.

Besides her husband, she is predeceased by a son, Michael; a brother, Auguste Ouellette; a half brother, Adolphe Ouellette; and a half sister, Elodie Caron.
