LEWISTON – Caf L-A, located at USM’s Lewiston-Auburn College, is now under the management of USM Dining Services.

Open to the general public, the Caf features a varied menu of sandwiches, salads, soups, daily specials, baked goods, coffee and beverages. The Caf will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting in September. It will offer an expanded menu including pizza, pasta, deli sandwiches and sides, burgers, omelets and melts. The Caf will also include an express station containing sandwiches, salads and meals ready-to-go.

The Caf L-A will also accept the USM Card for students and staff who wish to use their cards for food purchases. A casual catering menu will be available for small group meetings and student activities. The Caf will also provide full catering services for larger functions held on campus.
