DRYDEN – Leslie E. and Susan L. Brown of Dryden are happy to announce the engagement of their son, Christopher J. Brown, to Tina Sorensen, both of Blaine, Wash.
Miss Sorensen was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, the daughter of Renate Sorensen and the late Finn Sorensen. She graduated from high school in Blaine, Wash., and the University of Maine at Farmington, majoring in art.
Mr. Brown is a 1995 graduate of Mt. Blue High School in Farmington and spent four years in the U.S. Army. He is employed as assistant used car manager at Dewey Griffin Pontiac, GMC, Buick, Subaru in Bellingham, Wash.
The wedding will take place on Sept. 4 at the Peace Arch State Park in Blaine, Wash.
