The following are to be arraigned on Sept. 6 in 11th District Court, Rumford:

• Jesse Merrill, 19, of Mexico, on an Oxford County Superior Court arraignment warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on a Class B felony charge of aggravated assault, at 9:50 a.m. Aug. 2. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Brandon Nichols, 20, of Rumford, on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of Schedule Z drugs, at 2:17 p.m. Aug. 1. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Marc A. Artman, 25, of Atlas, Pa., on a charge of operating under the influence, at 12:46 a.m. July 31. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Aaron Jackson, 20, of Rumford, on a charge of furnishing a place for a minor to consume alcohol, at 10:42 p.m. July 30. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Sean Preo, 21, of Farmingdale, on a charge of operating with a suspended registration, at 1:15 p.m. July 30. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Richard Downs, 54, of Rumford, on charges of disorderly conduct and harassment, at 8:07 p.m. July 29. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Christopher LeClair, 26, of Rumford, on charges of operating after suspension, failure to stop for a police officer and illegal attachment of plates, at 4:45 p.m. July 29. He was released on $600 cash bail.

• Joseph M. Downs, 27, of Rumford, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 7:26 p.m. July 28. He was released on $150 unsecured bail.
