RUMFORD – Funeral services for Mrs. Waugh were held Wednesday morning at Meader and Son Funeral Home, Rumford, with the Rev. Virginia Snapp-Cunningham officiating. Musical selections were “On Eagle’s Wings” and “Here I Am Lord,” sung by the Rev. Cunningham and her husband, John.
