AUBURN – Christopher Fahy, a Maine writer and creator of suspense and mystery, will appear at the Book Burrow from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 23, in a program sponsored by the Auburn Public Library.

Fahy’s skill in crafting thrillers has earned praise from Stephen King and Tess Gerritson. His most recent release, “Breaking Point,” is a story interwoven with a discomforting sense of impending doom. His next book of horror, suspense and fantasy will be released in October.

Adults and teens are welcome. Teens may sign up to win a $100 gift certificate to be drawn at the annual pizza party book swap. Call Sally at 782-3191, ext. 4, or e-mail [email protected] for more information.
