Who says Christians shouldn’t have fun? The Harry Potter books are fiction, they’re fantasy, and they’re fun.
Would this old lady like to go to Hogwarts? Yes.
Would I like to learn summoning charms? As someone who is often misplacing things or forgetting where I put them, yes. Summoning charms would save me a lot of time and frustration.
Tap on the table and have dinner magically appear? Sure. Tap again and have it all, including dirty dishes, disappear? You bet.
And I would love to be able to apparate and disapparate. Just think – the trip from Strong to Portland would be almost instantaneous. Wonderful! Or, take the whole family traveling by portkey. No charge for gasoline. I love it.
So, let’s just have fun with Harry Potter.
