Karyn A. Labbe and Karla A. Labbe daughters of Donna and Dan Labbe of Jay and members of the Jay High School class of 2001 graduated from college on May 21 and May 23.
Karyn graduated from the University of New Hampshire and was awarded a bachelor of science degree majoring in Animal Science:Preveterinary Medicine. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Karyn will be enrolled in the fall at Michigan State University in the College of Veterinary Medicine.
Karla graduated from Boston College earning a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the William F. Connell School of Nursing. She is a member of the Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. Karla has accepted a position at Massachusetts General Hospital in the pediatrics unit. She will also continue her studies in the graduate nursing program at Boston College in the fall.
