Dear Sun Spots: I read your column every morning and see how you have the answers for so many inquiries. I have tried unsuccessfully to get a list of the Red Hat Chapter Queens for the Maine area through the Internet and other queries.
We are planning a luncheon/style show for the Red Hatters and we need to get in touch with the chapter queens to get the information out to their members. Please help us so we can get this list and proceed with our Red Hat social gathering on Sunday Oct. 2. We’ll be ever so grateful if you can help us. Thank you. – The Foxy Red Hatters and The Red Robbins, Lewiston.
Answer: Sun Spots would urge all Red Hatters in the readership area to please contact the column so Sun Spots can publish the list for this reader. She is aware of many online at the Red Hatters Web site, but would urge the chapter queens to please contact the column as many chapters are not accepting new members and not all in the area appear to be listed online. Those wishing to check the Web site out can do so at www.redhatsociety.com.

Dear Sun Spots: I bought a Panasonic digital camera model SV-AVIOU featured on the “Oprah Show” in 2002. I have lost the CD to install onto my computer. Where or how do I go about getting the CD? – No Name, No Town.
Answer: In addition to responses from readers, Sun Spots checked with www.2.panasonic.com and called their toll free number, 800-833-9626. You will need to call them and provide them with the serial number on your camera and your credit card details before they can process your request, but they should be able to assist you.
