WOOLWICH – Philip A. Roy, 52, of McKenzie Lane, died Friday, Aug. 12, at his home.

He was born in Lewiston, Nov. 3, 1952. He attended Lewiston schools and graduated from Lewiston High School.

He was employed at Pecks Department Store in Lewiston and later by Bisson’s Moving and Storage in West Bath as a truck driver. He was employed at Bath Iron Works as a tinsmith for the past 16 years.

He married the former Joan L. Isbart.

He was a member of the Wiscasset Rod and Gun Club. He enjoyed collecting antique swords and coins, and his dog, “Thumper.”

He is survived by two sons, Toby J. Isbart of Woolwich and Paul K. Isbart of Woolwich; one daughter, Shelby J. Isbart of Bath; and two grandchildren, Ben Hinds and Chelsea Hinds.

He was predeceased by his wife, Joan L. Roy, on July 14, 1999.
