LEWISTON – Jonathan “Jack” LaVerdiere, passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 13, at Central Maine Medical Center.

He was the infant son of Michael and Michelle (O’Keefe) LaVerdiere. He will be sadly missed by his parents.

Jack is survived by his parents; a sister, Alison LaVerdiere; his paternal grandparents, Charles and Brenda LaVerdiere of Wilton; maternal grandparents, Michael O’Keefe and Deborah Dale of York; his aunts and uncles, Mike and Lisa Melvin of Sanford, Stefanie and Tim Jolicoeur of Dover, N.H., and Marsha O’Keefe and Lisa Guay of South Portland; and a cousin, Kyle Jolicoeur.
